Overview
Advanced Analytics in Adobe Workfront provides prebuilt visualizations that allow users to analyze project data, identify trends, and enhance planning and execution. This tool helps users efficiently manage ongoing work and plan for future tasks.

Outcomes & Learnings
Post-GA, Advanced Analytics was showcased at Workfront’s LEAP conference, achieving our goal of providing quick data insights for common project management queries. As a relatively inexperienced designer, this project was a significant learning experience for me, providing valuable insights into the design process and user needs. While the initial release was well-received, further customization was frequently requested. Specifically, integrating unique custom fields into our dashboards could have significantly enhanced the tool's utility, offering users more tailored and relevant insights.
This feedback led to a comprehensive redesign of Adobe Workfront's primary reporting tool, in which I played a key role. The redesign aimed to incorporate the customization features that users desired, making the tool more flexible and user-centric.
